A three-day workshop on proposal writing was organized by the Salam Research Center from 7 to 9 Mizan / 7 to 9 Rabi‘ al-Thani 1447 AH in the conference hall of Salam University. A total of 16 staff members from the Technical and Vocational Education Authority, 2 staff members from the Aqsaa Educational Services Organization, and 5 administrative and professional personnel of Salam University participated in the workshop.
The workshop began at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, 7 Mizan, with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran and an opening speech by Ustad Mohammad Tariq Sayar, Administrative Director of the Salam Research Center. Afterwards, the workshop trainer, Ustad Abdul Wakil Forough, delivered the first part of his presentation on the workshop topic, which drew significant interest from the participants. In the second phase of the program, participants were divided into three groups and engaged in practical work under the trainer’s supervision.
On the second and third days, the results of the group work were presented, and Mr. Forough pointed out the shortcomings. The workshop then continued following the same procedure as the first day.
The closing session of the workshop took place on Wednesday, 9 Mizan, beginning with remarks from the Research Deputy of Salam University, Mr. Nasir Ahmad Nowidi. Afterwards, Mr. Hakim Jan Patyal, a representative of the Technical and Vocational Education Authority, spoke on behalf of the workshop participants, expressing heartfelt gratitude to Salam University and the workshop trainer for successfully organizing the program.
Then, Ustad Abdul Wakil Forough, the successful trainer of the workshop, expressed his appreciation to Salam University for providing an academic and educational opportunity that contributes to the development and progress of the country. He also expressed his readiness to cooperate in similar programs in the future.
At the end of the program, certificates were awarded to the participants by the workshop trainer. Additionally, a special certificate of appreciation was presented to Ustad Abdul Wakil Forough by the Research Deputy of Salam University in recognition of his sincere and voluntary service.
