An academic seminar titled “Muhammad (peace be upon him): The Prophet of Guidance and Politics” was held on the occasion of the blessed month of Rabi‘ al-Awwal—the month of the birth of the Leader of Creation, the Pride of Humanity, Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him)—in the conference hall of Salam University on 17–6–1404, organized by the Faculty of Law and Political Science.
The program began with the hosting of Mr. Faisal Mohmand, a seventh-semester student of the Department of Political Science and International Relations, and the recitation of verses from the Holy Qur’an by Mr. Sayed Obaidullah, also a seventh-semester student of the same department.
Following that, Esteemed Instructor Ataulhaq Anas, lecturer in the Department of Political Science and International Relations, delivered the main seminar. In his introduction, he briefly discussed the noble biography of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him), and then proceeded to the main theme of the seminar. He presented detailed, beneficial, and valuable discussions on topics including political guidance, social guidance, moral guidance, international guidance, family guidance, the rule-of-law character of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him), and the miracles of the Prophet—highlighting one of his greatest yet lesser-mentioned miracles: establishing unity among all the previously hostile Arab tribes of that era.
The program concluded with a closing prayer offered by Mr. Abdul Ma’ruf, a seventh-semester student of the Department of Political Science and International Relations, Faculty of Law and Political Science.
