Professional Workshop, Titled "Building Capacity of Security Personnel"
Department of Human Resources of Salam University held a professional workshop, titled "Building Capacity of Security Personnel". The workshop aimed to raise the level of awareness of security staff, and ensure the safety and stability of students and administrative staff of Salam University.
The tow-day workshop held on 3rd and 4th of Mizan, 1402 AH at Salam University. First, Mr. Mohammad Tamim Siddiqi, Vice Chancellor of Admin & Finance Affairs commenced the program, and talked about the importance of holding such workshops.
Next, Mr. Abdul Habib Sirat, Head of Security Department of Salam University, elaborated on the history, structure, production and uses of weapons. Then, practical use of weapons was shown to the participants on the second day of the workshop. Finally, Mohammad Tamim Siddiqi, Vice Chancellor of Admin & Finance Affairs extended his heartfelt appreciation and gratitude to the security employees of Salam University for their sincere efforts and active contribution in ensuring security of the University, and asked Allah Almighty to grant them more success in their assigned duties.
