Job Description:
We are seeking a talented individual to join our marketing department as a Marketing Subordinate & Graphic Designer. The selected candidate will be responsible for the visual communication and design of marketing materials for our university. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in graphic design and have experience in marketing techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Developing marketing strategies to promote the university's image, events, and programs
- Creating visually appealing graphics for social media, website, and other marketing materials
- Conducting market research to understand current trends and consumer preferences
- Coordinating with various departments to ensure effective implementation of marketing plans
- Collaborating with team members to create and execute promotional campaigns
- Assisting in organizing and managing events and conferences
- Develop and design marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and social media graphics
- Collaborate with other team members to develop marketing strategies
- Maintain brand consistency in all marketing materials
- Design and update university website content
- Handle various administrative support tasks for the marketing department
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design or related field
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing and graphic design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant graphic design software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
