An academic conference titled "Orientalists: Definition, Objectives, and Tools" was held at the conference hall of Salam University, organized by the Faculty of Sharia and presented by Dr. Muhammad Tahir Qasemi, a distinguished faculty member of the department.
The program commenced with the guidance of student Ans Muslim, a fourth-semester student in the Department of Fiqh and Law, and the recitation of a few verses from the Holy Quran by Qari Shakirullah, a student of the same department.
Following this, Dr. Muhammad Tahir Qasemi delivered a comprehensive presentation on the topics of Orientalism, including its definition, origins, driving forces, objectives, and its impacts on the Islamic world. His discussion was both insightful and valuable, offering detailed explanations and satisfying answers to the questions raised by the students in attendance.
A large number of students from the Faculty of Sharia and the Department of Computer Science at Salam University participated in the conference.
The conference concluded with a prayer offered by one of the participants, and the event ended on a positive note, reflecting on the significance of the topics discussed.
