An academic seminar titled "Benjamin Netanyahu's Case at the International Criminal Court" was presented in the conference hall of Salam University by the Faculty of Law and Political Science, under the guidance of Professor Ahmad Samadi. The program was facilitated by Mr. Sibghatullah, a second-semester student in the Department of Political Science and International Relations, and began with a recitation of several verses from the Holy Qur'an by Qari Mohammad Yusuf, a student from the Faculty of Shari'ah.
Following the opening, Professor Ahmad Samadi presented the seminar, addressing several critical topics, including the history of international criminal tribunals, the structure of the International Criminal Court (ICC), the crimes under the court's jurisdiction, the court's competencies, its objectives, and its examination of Benjamin Netanyahu’s case concerning war crimes and genocide committed against the Palestinians. Professor Samadi offered detailed, insightful, and valuable discussions on these subjects for the attendees.
The program concluded with a prayer led by Professor Mohammad Hamid Mosleh.
