Salam University organized an orientation event for the new students enrolled in the spring semester, 2024. The event took place at the Salam University Hall, with sessions held at 10:30 AM and 4:30 PM.
The program commenced with the recitation of the Holy Quran, followed by addresses from the university's esteemed leadership. Dr. Misbahullah Abdul Baqi, the President of Salam University, and Professor Abubakr Mudaqiq, the Vice-Chancellor, welcomed the new students and encouraged them to make the most of the opportunities available and to value their time. They urged the students to set clear academic goals and commit themselves to the progress and development of society through the pursuit of knowledge.
On behalf of the student body, Abdul Halim expressed their satisfaction and confidence in the teaching and educational facilities provided by Salam University, and shared the reasons why they chose to study at this institution.
The event concluded with a collective prayer.
