An Academic seminar titled "Understanding Traders' Bankruptcy in Afghanistan Laws" was conducted at Salam University's conference hall by the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences, led by the esteemed Professor Ahmad Samadi, the faculty dean.
The seminar was overseen by Shamsullah Hanif, a seventh-semester student from the Law Department, and commenced with the recitation of several divine verses by a student in attendance.
Professor Ahmad Samadi then conducted the seminar, addressing key topics such as bankruptcy definition, various types (including normal and commercial bankruptcy), distinctions between them, penal aspects of bankruptcy, and other pertinent discussions. He offered valuable insights and satisfactorily addressed students' queries during the session.
The program concluded with a closing prayer, fostering an environment of academic exploration and understanding surrounding traders' bankruptcy within Afghanistan's legal framework.
