The Economics Faculty organized a student activity with the guidance of Human Resource Management (HRM) Lecturers. This activity aimed to provide a hands-on experience simulating real job interviews.
It was an educational approach where students could apply their knowledge and skills in a controlled environment, facing interview scenarios and actively working through questions. This practical exercise enabled students to grasp the subtleties of concepts by directly participating, rather than just learning about them passively.
In essence, this activity allowed students to practice and become more proficient in handling critical interview questions.
