A Two-Day Seminar on Determining Professional and Standard Educational Goals

In order to build capacity of professors and lecturers of Salam University, Department of Academic Staff held a seminar titled "Determining professional and standard educational goals and its role in improving teaching" in the conference hall of Salam University. First, the seminar commenced with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran by Mr. Shokrullah Mokhlis, Lecturer of Sharia Faculty.

Next, Dr. Misbahullah Abdul Baqi, Chancellor of Salam University talked about the importance of holding such seminars, and added that Salam University plans to improve the methodological capacity of its professors and lecturers through arranging such seminars to make our teaching more productive and effective. Additionally, he emphasized the importance of setting educational goals for teaching.

  Then, Core Trainer Abdul Raqib Insaf, Lecturer of Sharia Faculty of Salam University and Head of Department of Academic Staff presented the main topic and elaborated on it. 

  Finally, after answering the questions posed by the professors and lecturers, the program ended with Dua by Hasbanullah Mutawakkel.

It is worth mentioning that the seminar was evaluated positively by the professors, and top management of Salam University, and hence requested Department of Academic Staff to continue organizing such seminars in the future as well.
