Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate English Instructor to join our team. As an English Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching English language courses to students at various proficiency levels. You will develop lesson plans, conduct classes, and evaluate students' progress. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a deep understanding of English grammar and literature, and a commitment to helping students succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and deliver engaging English lessons that cater to students' different learning needs.
  2. Create lesson plans and course materials that align with the curriculum and educational standards.
  3. Assess students' abilities and progress through quizzes, exams, and assignments.
  4. Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their language skills.
  5. Maintain a positive learning environment and encourage student participation.
  6. Stay updated with the latest teaching methods and materials to enhance the learning experience.
  7. Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and develop new teaching strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Education: A Master's or Bachelor's Degree in English, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 4-5 years of experience in teaching English, preferably in a professional or academic setting.

Skills:

    • Proficiency in English language and literature.
    • Strong classroom management skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to create engaging lesson plans and adapt teaching methods to meet students' needs.
    • Proficiency with educational technology and software is a plus.
