Job Description:
We are currently seeking a professional and courteous Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for customer service.
Responsibilities include:
- Work closely with admissions teams, academic departments, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth enrollment of students.
- Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current students, and their parents or guardians, and respond to inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Manage the application process, including reviewing applications, communicating with applicants, and facilitating the application review process.
- Maintain accurate records of student enrollment, communicate enrollment trends, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the financial aid team to provide information and assistance to students seeking financial aid.
- Maintaining accurate and timely student records.
- Responding to the applicants inquiries on phone call or messages.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in education, business administration or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in enrollment management, admissions or related field.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data and provide insights.
- The ability to provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current students.
- Familiarity with student information systems and databases.
- Passion for education and a desire to help students succeed.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer systems
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
